At surron ebike shop USA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a refund or exchange subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. Return Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
Certain items, such as E-Bikes, may not be eligible for return. Please contact us for clarification before initiating a return.
2. Restocking Fee: All returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount.
The Customer is responsible for shipping costs to ship back the returned item, this may vary based on location and item weight/size. Which will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Additionally, shipping costs incurred for the original purchase are non-refundable.
3. Return Process: To initiate a return, the return process takes 1- 3 days please contact our customer service team at 423-299-3628 to request a return.
You are responsible for return shipping costs and ensuring that the item is returned to us in its original condition.
4. Refund Processing:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 1-2 business days to the original method of payment.
Please note that refunds may take additional time to appear on your credit card or bank statement, depending on your financial institution.
